The top floor of this unit contains another full apartment. The lofty and very large kitchen/dining and living room space takes full advantage of the great views toward Lucca from three large windows. There is also a fireplace and two large sofas. The master bedroom is shown above to the right.

The second double bedroom in this unit looks out over the rear of the property and the pool area. The large bath shown to the right above is shared by both bedrooms.
	Pictured to the left is the recently completed bike path that runs along the Serchio River and into Lucca. The path originates just a few hundred meters from the entrance to the townhouse complex.
