There is a third room, a bed/sitting room, on the top floor of this unit, which has a skylight and great views facing the walled city of Lucca.
The second unit in this complex is entered through the door on the right of the photo above left. It is a small and private space, perfect for two. The living room, pictured above right, is comfortably furnished and features a raised hearth fireplace.
The sweet yellow kitchen is fully equipped with range, oven, refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher. The master bedroom, shown above to the right, is very large and has a sitting area and double doors leading out to the rear yard and pool area. There is also a full bath with shower and a laundry/storage room with washing machine.
The third unit in the complex has two apartments within it. The first, one the ground floor, has a large kitchen/dining room/living area that is full of light and very comfortably furnished. The kitchen, like all of the others in this complex, is new and fully equipped. The master bedroom is pictured above right.
