The living room is very comfortably furnished and features original brick arches which have been retained over the dining room entrance as well as the stairwell which leads to the first floor.  The dining room is arranged to accommodate 6-8 people.

The kitchen, very bright and sunny, is fully equipped with stove top, oven, dishwasher, and a very unique custom made marble sink.  All fixtures are new.  There is also an extraordinary fireplace crafted of local stone which is the focal point of the room.  The table, normally set for 4-6, extends on either side to accommodate 8-10 people and even when extended fully fits comfortably in this large room.  The kitchen is fully stocked with new dishes, cutlery and glasses, pots and pans and serving items.  The owner is an amazing cook and just cannot create a kitchen unless it's one in which she would be comfortable working!

Also on this floor is a beautifully tiled powder room with shower, beautiful antique mirror and new fixtures.  There is also a large laundry/utility room which contains a washing machine, laundry implements for drying inside or out as well as an iron, ironing board and pantry storage.

The second floor contains three bedrooms and one large full bath.  One of the characteristics of this home is the vibrant yet soothing colors that are carried through to each room.  Each of the three bedrooms has its own personality....vibrant rose, warm ochre and soft green.  All rooms are furnished with antiques.....brass beds, antique dressers and armoires.....and are very roomy and light-filled.
