This spacious and beautifully furnished apartment is entered through large double doors and features a gracious entry hall which is the center from which all other rooms are reached. A very large and light double living room is comfortably furnished with many upholstered pieces, beautiful rugs and lovely window treatments. Two large double windows in this room face one of Lucca's special piazzas.

The kitchen has just been newly renovated in 2010. It is fully equipped and features a large work island, a spacious country table that can easily accommodate 10 guests, and a beautiful antique fireplace. This room also has double doors that lead onto a balcony that overlooks one of Lucca's beautiful piazzas.
Bedroom 1	There are four private double bedrooms in the apartment as well as a fifth bedroom that connects to one of them. This fifth bedroom is suitable for children traveling with parents, or guests who do not require a private entrance to their room. All of the bedrooms are beautifully furnished with upholstered headboards, bedskirts and comfortable reading chairs.

Bath 1	The apartment has four full baths, three of which are pictured here. Each is newly renovated and features new fixtures and decorative tile work. There is also a separate laundry room with washing machine and drying racks.

The view from the kitchen balcony	The photo at left shows the piazza which the apartment overlooks. Centrally located, all of Lucca's shops, restaurants and wonderful monuments are within walking distance of the apartment, as is the train station which has regular service to Florence, Pisa and the Tuscan shore. For guests who arrive with a car, it is possible to arrange parking in the owner's private garage alongside the building.
Prices per week for the 2010 season: All Year 1,600 Euro Prices are quoted in Euro. For payment in US dollars, please inquire. Price includes utilities except for heating (which is metered and billed according to use during winter months)
