| This beautiful restoration has been going
on for the past two years and is now ready for the 2008 rental season.
Located just a few kilometers outside the walled city of Lucca, the
villa offers five air-conditioned double guestrooms, each with its own
bath, in a lovely country setting. A large pool is now under
construction and will be ready by May of 2008. |

| The dining room, pictured above left,
seats 10 comfortably and the villa is equipped with a full supply of
china, glassware and linens. The newly completed kitchen is large
and fully equipped with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator
and freezer. There is also a full and stylish complement of
cooking and serving utensils. Photos
of the living room, which features a fireplace and comfortable seating, will be posted as soon as they become

| The villa has five double bedrooms, each
with its own bath. Two of them are pictured above. Each one
is spacious with large armoires for storage and new beds throughout.

All five of the bathrooms in the villa are spacious
and
outfitted with new fixtures, including very unusual
sinks and beautiful tile work. |

| The outside spaces of the villa,
surrounded by the Lucca hills, are
peaceful and tranquil. There are
hammocks, many lounge chairs and a beautiful teak dining table and
chairs that is arranged under a tented pergola off the kitchen. |
The rear of the villa, pictured to the right, shows
the outside
dining area set up under a tented pergola. There is also
a barbeque and the swimming pool (now under
construction) is located to the right of the dining area.Prices for
the 2008 season:
Prices include all utilities except for heat which is
metered and billed according to use.
