The rustic dining area with fireplace has a large table and can accommodate 10 comfortably.  The compact kitchen has been recently updated and contains a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

There are three bedrooms and two baths on the second floor.  The master bedroom, pictured above, has its own ensuite bath.

There is another double bedroom and a twin bedded room which share a large hall bath (pictured above).

For any group oriented to outdoor pursuits, this retreat is quite attractive.  There are mountain biking trails nearby and hiking paths that cover the adjacent hillside (and offer hikes as distant as 4 to 7 hours) originate at the property's edge.  Very convenient to the Tuscan shore (less than half an hour away) and to Florence (less than an hour), this villa is a good base from which to explore Tuscany.
