| The estate's expansive private grounds include a
swimming pool, pool house and tennis court. The villa is
surrounded by exquisite gardens, mature trees and shrubs and wonderful
terraces and walkways. There are beautiful terracotta pots,
brimming with flowers, at every turn. |

| The large swimming pool is situated in a sunny, quiet
and protected corner of the estate. The large pool house, pictured
above, has its own kitchen and entertainment area where ceremonies or
meetings can be arranged. There are private shower rooms and
bathrooms. The full size tennis court, also pictured above, is
adjacent to the pool. |

| To the side of the villa's driveway, the charming
cluster of two guesthouses and garage is pictured above. There are
two guest houses, each with its own small kitchen, dining area and
living room. One of them has three bedrooms with a shared bath;
the other has two bedrooms with a shared bath. |

| The photos above show another guest house bedroom and
living room. The guest houses are just a few steps from the main
villa and offer guests a private space of their own. Rental of one
or both guest houses is not part of the cost of renting the main villa
and must be arranged in advance. |

Included in the rental price of the estate: A housekeeper is in
residence 24 hours a day. Daily cleaning services. Daily
services of a cook who will prepare lunch or dinner (your choice)
assisted by a waitstaff of two. The waitstaff is also at your
disposal for breakfast each morning. Bath linens are changed daily; bed
linens are changed twice per week. |
