This extraordinary villa estate dates from 1700 and lies in Tuscany in a stunning location at the foot of the "Noble Hills" amid 6 acres of woods, vineyards and olive groves. Just 2 miles from the walled city of Lucca, this gated villa offers the ultimate in privacy and facilities. The main Villa offers 1000 square meters of living space on three floors and is beautifully furnished with many original antiques.  The expansive grounds include a large pool, pool house, tennis courts, formal gardens and two charming guest houses that are also available to accommodate larger parties.

The Ground Floor

The ground floor is very grand, a true noble residence.  Striking frescoes adorn the walls in the entry salon and the main foyer.  Large french doors line one wall of the entry salon and look out over the estate's expansive front lawn, fountains and gardens.

The living room and formal dining room, both pictured above, are beautifully decorated and spacious rooms.  The vaulted ceilings have been restored and both rooms have access to the grounds through double doors that lead to gracious outside terraces.

Also on the ground floor is a billiards room, complete with antique table and proper lighting.  The room also contains leather chairs, a small bar and a large-screen satellite TV.

The balance of the ground floor is made up of service areas to the rear of the building.....a large kitchen, service and laundry rooms, a small breakfast room and a powder room.
