This beautiful and spacious ground floor apartment within the walls of Lucca has just been completely renovated in 2006.  The living/dining room, pictured above, is very large and light-filled and looks out upon one of Lucca's most ancient piazzas.  It accommodates six guests with very comfortable furnishings and good lighting.

Apartment kitchen

The kitchen is bright and sunny with views of the piazza.  It is completely outfitted with new appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator/freezer, oven and cook top.  It is also fully equipped with all utensils needed for cooking and entertaining.
Double Bedroom Modern bath
There are three double bedrooms, each with its own bath.  All furnishings are new and the rooms are very stylishly decorated.
Bath with sunken shower
The bathroom pictured to the right above is quite unique in that it has a sunken shower enclosure done in marble tile.
Unique Master Bedroom Apartment bath with Jaccuzzi
The master bedroom, shown above, is quite unique.  The bedroom is a large and private space a few steps above the rest of the apartment.  Its private bath is quite luxurious with a full Jacuzzi tub, double sinks and beautiful tile work.
This apartment, fully air-conditioned, is very centrally located within the historic center of Lucca and all of its wonderful shops, restaurants, churches and points of interest are just outside the front door.  Parking is available in a private garage next door and the owner offers bicycles to his guests so that they can get around Lucca like the locals do!
