| The loft area of the
apartment, reached by the stairs in the top photo on this web page, is very
large, open and airy. A skylight provides even more light in the
already lofty space. It features a double bed, sitting area and large
antique armoire. |

| The apartment is
located on the first floor (one flight up) of this beautiful Lucchese
building. There is an elevator in the front lobby of the building.
The apartment faces the walls of Lucca as shown in the photo above right.
Centrally located, all of Lucca's shops, restaurants and wonderful monuments
are within walking distance of the apartment, as is the train station which
has regular service to Florence, Pisa and the Tuscan shore. For guests
who arrive with a car, it is very convenient to parking areas. |

Utilities are included except for heat which is metered and billed according
