Newly renovated throughout, the ground floor features a large living room with fireplace that opens onto a cozy but fully equipped kitchen which features stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer,  dishwasher and a full supply of cooking and serving utensils.  There is also a laundry/utility room on this floor with washing machine and storage area.

There are three bedrooms on the second floor, two of which are pictured above.  All bedrooms are air-conditioned.  The master bedroom, above left, features an antique iron bed.  The second bedroom, above right, has twin beds that can be reconfigured to form a double bed if required.  The third bedroom is a single room with one twin bed.

There are two newly renovated bathrooms featuring beautiful tile work and all new fixtures.  The blue and white tiled bathroom shown above left is on the second floor next to the master bedroom.  The all-white bathroom shown above right is on the ground floor.

These two views of the outside of the property give some indication of the large expanse of private lawn that envelops the cottage.  The dining pergola, covered with vines, sits just outside the front door and looks out over the large pool which has been set in a sunny spot and is framed by olive trees.  There is a full complement of lawn furniture, outside dining table and chairs, and sun umbrellas.
