Just a few minutes from Lucca, this completely restored and updated farmhouse is located in a quiet neighborhood of private homes called Monte San Quirico. This comfortable, fully equipped home is a wonderful alternative to hotel accommodations for a family vacation or for those who just prefer a bit more privacy and space.

The living room is open and very light, comfortably furnished and is equipped with cable TV and a lovely fireplace. The stairway to the second floor separates the living room and dining room.

The pristine kitchen, shown above to the left, is completely modern and equipped with stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and washing machine. The dining room, pictured above to the right, can accommodate 8 comfortably and opens out onto a terrace and garden at the rear of the property which is private, enclosed and fully furnished for dining or relaxation.

There are two comfortably furnished double bedrooms on the second floor. Both are large and sunny with comfortable double beds.
	The two rooms on the second floor share the large bath pictured to the left. Its window looks out onto the garden, and in addition to a walk-in shower, it has a Jacuzzi tub.

The third floor is a lofty little private retreat of its own. It has a large bedroom with double sofa bed and its own full bath with shower.
This property is very conveniently located --- just 1 kilometer from the walled city of Lucca, 20 kilometers to the shore and 70 kilometers to Florence. There is also a train station in Lucca with frequent service to Florence and the shore.
Prices per week for the 2012 season: Prices are quoted in Euro and include all utilities except for heat which is metered and billed according to use in the winter months.
