newly installed kitchen, pictured above to the right, is fully equipped with
range, oven, refrigerator/freezer, washing machine, and a full complement of
cooking and serving utensils. |

bedrooms, pictured above, are very spacious and comfortably furnished.
Because of its position on the top floor of the building and the fact that
all rooms have large double windows, the apartment is especially light and
airy. |

above left. The apartment has two bathrooms. The larger of the
two is shown above. It has a large tub, a full marble shower enclosure
and double sinks. The other bath is a powder room with toilet and

Bicycling on the Walls of Lucca |
This lovely apartment is a wonderful way to
experience Lucca and its surrounding areas. Lucca is still a
relatively uncrowded city with many one-of-a-kind shops, good restaurants
and beautiful architectural vignettes at every turn. Its spectacular
walls, where everyone should have a walk at sunset, are a treasure to
behold. It is a city of bicycles, the preferred mode of
transportation, Frequent train and bus service to Florence, Pisa and
the Tuscan shore makes Lucca a very desirable base for exploring this area
of Tuscany. |
