Il Frantoio was originally an olive press and is still surrounded by terraced olive groves. Today, however, it is enjoying a new life as a charmingly restored farmhouse of great comfort. It is fully heated and air-conditioned and outfitted with beautiful furnishings throughout. The ground floor is comprised of an entrance hall, dining room, fully equipped Tuscan kitchen, and living room with music system, satellite TV and desk area with wireless internet access.

The spacious and charming dining room is opposite the kitchen, adjacent to the living room.

Two of the four bedroom suites are pictured above. Each suite is uniquely furnished and has its own private ensuite bath. All bedrooms are on the second floor and are fully heated and air-conditioned with beautiful views of the surrounding hills of Lucca.
	The outside areas of the farmhouse are wonderful. The large pool area (pictured at left when set up for an evening meal under the stars) has views of the surrounding hills and the property's terraced vineyards. The setting is peaceful and tranquil, yet it is only minutes away from the walls of Lucca, less than a half hour to the Tuscan shore and about an hour northwest of Florence. There is an outside barbeque and lounge furniture, not pictured. Weekly rental rate includes: Cleaning service twice a week (Saturday and Wednesday), property/estate manager who will meet guests on arrival and will be available for help and assistance; electricity; heating; air-conditioning and grounds maintenance. Many additional services are available upon request and are payable directly to the providers. Included in this array of services are chef services, additional/daily maid services, cooking lessons, wine tastings, drivers, tours, concierge services. A full list of recommended service providers will be supplied upon booking confirmation. Weekly prices for 2012 June, July, August, September 8,250 Euro April, May, October 7,000 Euro Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb, March 6,000 Euro Note; Christmas, New Year's and Easter weeks are considered High Season.
