| Less than a half hour from the center of
Florence, this charming retreat overlooks vineyards and olive groves for
as far as the eye can see. Just this year, thousands of new vines were
planted. It's tucked away in a corner of a large estate, a
truly private and tranquil setting. |

| The front entry opens into the cozy and
light living room, furnished with comfortable upholstered pieces,
reading lights and book-lined walls. The dining room (pictured
above right) also opens into this room. It, too, is very light and
can accommodate 8 at its large antique table. Double doors lead
out to a loggia which is outfitted with table and chairs for outside
dining. |

| The kitchen is fully equipped with stove,
large oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer. It's an easy
kitchen to work in with lots of counter space and a wonderful view.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a full laundry room with washer, clothes
racks for drying, iron and ironing board. There is also a pantry
storage room next door to the laundry room for supplies. Also in
this section of the first floor is a full bath, pictured above to the
right. |

| The master bedroom, pictured above left,
is very large with a full double bed and an ensuite bathroom,
newly renovated with a large walk-in shower. All bedrooms are on
the second floor of the house. |

| The other two guestrooms share a hall
bath. Both rooms are very comfortable, sweetly decorated,
light-filled and very spacious. |

This very well-kept home is a private residence with
many unique antique pieces which are left in place for tenants to enjoy.
It is for this reason that the property is not suited for children under
13 years of age. |
| The outside areas of the property are pure Tuscany.
Wherever one looks, there's another postcard view. Vineyards,
olive groves, flower gardens and mature plantings surround this lovely
home. The property is just minutes from the wonderful hilltown of
San Casciano, a thriving little community with many interesting shops
and good restaurants. |

Prices per week for the 2010
season:
Prices are quoted in Euro. For payment in US dollars, please inquire.
May through Sept 1,800 Euro The price
includes maid service twice a week. Electricity use and heating
costs, if needed, at this rental are metered and payable before departure.
Final cleaning charge of 120 euro. The owner is available to offer
assistance during your rental and stays on the property in a separate
apartment. |
