An absolutely charming retreat nestled into the hills surrounding Lucca, Casa Felice is a beautifully renovated farmhouse offering great comfort in a very tranquil setting.

Beautiful colors, extremely comfortable furnishings, a beautiful fireplace and music system characterize the large living room, pictured above left. The fully updated farmhouse kitchen is light, airy and a beautiful space in which to create memorable dinners. Also on the spacious ground floor are a large formal dining room with domed ceiling, a cozy den/TV room and a guest study area with wireless internet access.

The villa's six bedrooms are all located on the second floor. Each is elegantly and luxuriously appointed and has its own ensuite bath and shower room. Every room is sunny and welcoming and features beautiful beamed ceilings and original terracotta floors.

Each bedroom suite offers a private retreat for guests and all have wonderful views of the surrounding hillside. Pictured above is another example of a suite and its elegantly appointed bathroom.
	Weekly rental rate includes: Cleaning service twice a week (Saturday and Wednesday), property/estate manager who will meet guests on arrival and will be available for help and assistance; electricity; heating; air-conditioning and grounds maintenance. Many additional services are available upon request and are payable directly to the providers. Included in this array of services are chef services, additional/daily maid services, cooking lessons, wine tastings, drivers, tours, concierge services. A full list of recommended service providers will be supplied upon booking confirmation. Weekly rental rates for 2012 June, July, August, September 13,500 Euro April, May, October 10,800 Euro Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb, March 10,125 Euro Note: Christmas, New Year's and Easter weeks are considered High Season.
