| The villa's six bedrooms are all located
on the second floor. Each is elegantly and luxuriously appointed
and has its own ensuite bath and shower room. Every room is sunny
and welcoming and features beautiful beamed ceilings and original
terracotta floors. |

| Each bedroom suite offers a private
retreat for guests and all have wonderful views of the surrounding
hillside. Pictured above is another example of a suite and its
elegantly appointed bathroom. |

The beautiful grounds offer many opportunities for
outdoor pursuits. The large swimming pool is flood-lit for evening
use and there is a lovely area for al fresco dining. The villa is
just minutes from the walls of Lucca, less than half an hour to the
Tuscan shore, and about an hour west of Florence. Included in the rental price is daily
maid service. Guests are responsible for all household bills
including chef services if required, food, beverages, telephone and internet charges and personal
laundry.
