walled city of Lucca, this beautifully restored country farmhouse is
part of a large estate which is surrounded by olive groves and orchards.

The ground floor of the Villa contains a comfortably furnished living
room with fireplace and satellite TV. There is also a large
formal dining room, fully equipped kitchen, conservatory and two
bathrooms. |

The first floor contains five charming guestrooms, two of which are
pictured above, each with its own ensuite bath and wonderful views of
the Lucca countryside. Three other suites, one of them
the Master Suite, are located on the second floor. All guest
suites are outfitted with robes, hairdryers and personal pool towels. |

In addition to the large pool area, guests can also
enjoy an outside barbeque area and a terrace equipped with outside
furniture for al fresco dining. Included in the weekly rental price
are all utilities and the services of a housekeeping staff. Other
staff tend to the pool and grounds. Chef services can be arranged
at additional cost. |
