| All three of the guest rooms in this wing
are private, quiet, comfortable and welcoming spaces. Two of
the rooms are on the ground floor and share a full bath. The third
room, the twin-bedded one, is up one level and has its own bathroom with
a beautiful walk-in shower (no tub). |

| The large pool is located in a sunny spot
and is surrounded by olive trees and amazing views of the countryside
and distant mountains. The grounds of this property are very
carefully tended and there is a full complement of outdoor furniture for
guests to enjoy. The pool house, just a few steps from the main
house, faces west and contains a sitting room, double bedroom with two
oversize twin beds and full
bath. |

A truly beautiful feature of this villa is its large
loggia, just off the main entrance. Equipped with a long country
table, comfortable seating, lighting and candles, it's a perfect place
for a Tuscan meal at mid-day or sunset.
The services of a very good local cook are available upon request
with advance notice. Maid service is also available upon request.
(For guests who stay for two weeks or longer, a Saturday cleaning with
change of all linens is included in the price.) |

Note: Easter and Christmas are considered high season.
