The top floor of the Villa has four more bedrooms, all opening onto a large central salon. There are two double rooms, each with an ensuite bath (shower) and two twin-bedded rooms that share a full bath (tub and shower). Outside Areas and Services

The outside areas of the Villa are well cared for, private and offer spectacular views of the Lucca Valley and countryside. The pool is a few steps away from a covered dining area that can seat 16 comfortably and is located just off the kitchen entryway. There is private parking on the Villa's own grounds and a little gem of a private chapel has been perfectly restored and sits to one side of the front entrance. The Villa has internet access, cable TV and a stereo CD sound system. Included in the price of the villa is maid service 5 times a week. Bath linens are changed twice a week. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. Utilities are included in the price of the Villa except for heat during the winter months, which is metered and billed according to consumption.
