| This large and imposing villa sits on a
hillside offering magnificent views over the Lucca valley. Built
in the early l800s, the Villa was carefully renovated in 2002,
preserving its very unique architectural features while updating the
entire structure to be able to offer modern comforts to its guests.
Composed of three floors, the Villa comfortably accommodates 16 guests
in 8 large bedrooms with spacious common areas. The outside spaces
include gardens, a fully restored chapel, and a 5x10 meter swimming pool

| The ground floor contains a large and
welcoming entry hall, living room, den with card tables and bar, powder
room, dining room with fireplace and a spacious and fully equipped
kitchen which opens directly onto the covered pergola for outside dining
